New Patients at Community Chiropractic Center
Welcome to Community Chiropractic Center! Our warm and friendly practice environment is the ideal place to begin your journey toward healing and better health! Here’s what you can expect at your first and subsequent visits:
The First Visit
To save time, you can download the new patient paperwork from our practice and complete the forms in advance. You can also fill them out in the office. If you choose the latter, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment.
After you’ve completed your paperwork, we’ll have you watch a welcome video. Then Dr. Denny will meet with you and discuss your health history with you, and then perform an exam, followed by your first adjustment.
Please allow 45-60 minutes for this first appointment.
The Second & Subsequent Visits
At the second appointment, Dr. Denny will go over exercises, and address any other concerns or questions you might have. Then, for future visits, you’ll come in and get adjusted and be on your way.
Financials
Our office manager will discuss the costs of care with you. When you call in for your initial visit, she will ask you if you have insurance. The office manager is well versed in all insurance billings, what covers chiropractic and what doesn’t. So she’ll know if you have coverage or not.
If you require a referral, she will address all those things over the phone. If you are a cash patient, our office manager will go over the charges at that point. You can also use your health savings account.
